KSN provided full cost consulting services for Park Developments on their Woodward Square project.
This development encompasses circa 15,935m2 of gross floor space. This is set over 5 no. blocks ranging in heights up to five storeys built off podium level. There are 160 no apartments ranging from 1,2,3 bed units with 177 basement car parking spaces.
The development showcases modern and efficient apartments, which are surrounded by green areas, landscaped podium courtyards, a playground, landscaped castle ruins and a woodland valley park.
The contract was executed between Park Developments and Walls Construction under a lump sum design and build arrangement including the novation of the design team to the main contractor (OMP/DBFL/OCSC/BSM/JGA/OHAC).
Other features of the project included 9 DAC spaces and 14 electric spaces. There is circa 6,997m2 of basement car parking with vehicular access to the basement via a 1nr ramped access on grade. Bicycle parking is provided in the basement which is accessed via the same access points. All associated site and infrastructural works were also included for the site.
The scheme was awarded practical completion on 4th March 2022.
