Project Overview

KSN provided full cost consulting services for Tesco Ireland on their new Ballybeg premises in Waterford.

The project involved the design and build of a new Format 30 (shell & fitout) non-standard store including seven separate retail units and a cafe unit.

The project also entailed off-site roadworks and site development works. This included 459 parking spaces; drainage, services, and landscaping within the site. Finally, the development entailed the provision of a 6 Pump PFS with a kiosk, car wash, and jet wash.
