Project Overview

KSNPM is currently on site providing project management services from design stage through to handover for the Land Development Agency on their Shanganagh Castle development in Dublin. 

The new residential development in Dublin 18 will consist of 597 residential units with a combination of housing, apartment and Build-to-Rent apartment units. 

The units will comprise of two and three-story detached, semi-detached and terraced houses.

The project is due for completion in 2025.
