Project Overview
KSN & KSNPM provided cost consulting & project management services for Blackrock Construction on their Point Village development in Dublin.
The development consisted of the construction of 965-bed student accommodation over basement with associated retail and amenity spaces adjacent to the Point Village and 3 Arena. The development units include one shared kitchen/dining area per six-room cluster and all associated student amenity space and associated site works.
The accommodation is provided over two blocks in Dublin’s point village in the heart of Dublin.
