Project Overview
KSN provided full cost consulting services to IPUT Real Estate, Dublin on One Wilton in the heart of the capital.
One Wilton will serve as LinkedIn’s European headquarters, occupying a prominent location along Grand Canal, near the Leeson Street entrance to Dublin’s city center.
The project involved the construction of a 17,405 sq.m office building with a full-height glazed facade and a double-height glazed entry lobby. Additionally, the building includes a six-story atrium space punctuated by slender bridges that span the canal and connect the structures central and Cumberland Road wings.
One Wilton achieved LEED platinum certification for sustainability.
