Project Overview
KSN provided full cost consulting services to Remley on their Miesian Plaza development in Dublin.
This project included a seven-story extension as well as complete refurbishment and fit-out. On the three distinctive contemporary structures, a bronze-tinted glazing system was used. The basement renovation and expansion included the installation of parking, storage, showers, and a staff gym. Additionally, this project included energy-saving features such as green roofs, rainwater harvesting, reclaimed heat energy, sustainable material selection, smart-building technologies, and façade thermal performance upgrades. Building 1, the largest of the three blocks, was extended to the north east by one full bay.
This project was completed to the highest specification and received LEED Platinum certification for environmental stewardship (CAT A: Blocks 2 & 3).
