Project Overview

KSN provided cost consulting services to a confidential client on the redevelopment of the Blanchardstown Centre in Dublin.

The project entailed two extensions to the existing retail development including a new main entrance along with a complete mall refurbishment and extensive site works.

Overall these works added an additional circa 5,130m2 of retail space to facilitate the extension of the overall Blanchardstown centre.

Works also included ongoing refurbishments of existing units within the main center and outside units to facilitate new tenants coming into the development.
