Project Overview
KSN is currently on site providing cost consulting services for Arklow Shipping Quarters, Co.Wicklow
The development will include a new work environment and office space for the Arklow Shipping team, as well as communal areas and recreational spaces.
The three-story office is well on its way to completion and will be completely enclosed and weather tight by year’s end.
With original anchors, bows, and decks, this development will stay on track with the project due for completion in Summer 2022 with the aim of achieving LEED Gold certification.
