Creamfields is a major public building in the form of a large Primary Care Centre (PCC) which addresses a public plaza on Tramore Road. The PCC is accompanied by the main 15 storey Landmark Building which has a ground floor containing public uses such as café/restaurant, retail and public gym. These buildings provide the enclosure for a hard landscape plaza built over the car park podium thereby providing an urban town square that will be a destination for the immediate hinterland providing a town centre for the Togher/ Ballyphelane area.
