David is a Chartered Surveyor with over 10 year’s experience in concisely assessing the individual needs of a project and designing a bespoke service solution to ensure the project and client’s objectives are achieved. David joined KSN in 2015 and was appointed as Associate Director in 2021. David provides cost management expertise across all sectors within the construction industry, including commercial, retail, residential and leisure. David's knowledge also lies in the Measurement of Embodied Carbon and the Analysis and practical implementation of Data across all aspects of the Built Environment
