Bryan commenced his QS career in 2010 & subsequently joined KSN in 2012. Bryan provides QS services to PPP social housing schemes, high end apartment developments, refurbishment works, new build town centre retail developments and a lead role in Bank of Ireland’s extensive on-going nationwide refurbishment programme. Bryan’s legal diploma allows a “rounded” approach to contractor’s claims and contractual issues. Bryan promotes BIM implementation within KSN. Bryan was appointed as Director in 2022.
