Bosco Skelly – Celebrating 20 years in KSN Construction Consultants

2022 marks a major milestone for one of our Directors. KSN would like to congratulate Bosco Skelly who celebrates 20 years in KSN this year. We caught up with Bosco who shared some of his career highlights.

I joined KSN in 2002, and was delighted to be appointed Director in 2018. Over the last two decades, KSN has provided me with the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects!

Relationship Building in KSN Construction Consultants

Over the last 2 decades, I have forged core relationships with key clients including International Investment Funds as well as International & Irish-based clients in delivering large-scale retail & residential projects for rental & sale markets. These relationships have led to KSN becoming the provider of choice for cost control. It is our proven ability to anticipate, negotiate, and successfully resolve problems that has earned us a positive track record of completing commissions on time and within budget.

What does the future hold for KSN Construction Consultants?

Over the last 30 years, KSN Construction Consultants has evolved to become one of Ireland’s top construction consultancy practices with a dynamic workforce behind it. We are at the forefront in our profession with regard to the industry generally but in particular within the sustainability sector, which will be a key driver over the next number of decades. We look forward to expanding our portfolio and will continue to be reactive to changes in our industry.
