KSN Project Management’s systems have been, and continue to be, developed in consultation with its experienced pool of senior personnel, benefiting from their collective experience across all elements of the development industry.
The Company has grown steadily since inception and it is currently managing, and has successfully completed, many prestigious projects across all sectors of public and private sector development throughout Ireland.
Project Management Services have been provided for several of the country's prominent private and public sector Clients, many of whom have recognised the company’s performance with repeat appointments.
KSNPM recognise that the relationship with the Client is at the core of the successful delivery of any project and direct and regular reporting to the Client is a fundamental principle of the company.
The primary goal is to establish and meet the Client objectives and in doing so to represent the Client’s best interests at all times throughout the project.
The management philosophy is to “get things done” and this is achieved by direct “hands on” involvement by the company’s Directors and Project Managers.
KSN Project Management Ltd – founded in 1998 by the Directors of Kerrigan Sheanon Newman is an independent company owned and managed by its Directors
The company provides dedicated Project Management Services.
Six Board Directors each with extensive experience manage the strategic development of the company.
Three Operational Directors each with broad experience of the development and construction industry manage and oversee all Client Projects.
Seven full time Project Managers support the operational Directors on large Projects and independently manage smaller projects, under the guidance of the assigned Director.
